MIAMI-DADE - A woman from Miami-Dade County sues two people for failing to operate a motor vehicle in a safe and reasonable manner.
The Plaintiff, Roxon A. Echavarria, filed a complaint on September 2, 2016 in the 11th Judicial Circuit Court against Ashley Bratcher and Christopher Edge alleging Ashley negligently operated a motor vehicle with permission by the owner, Christopher, causing a collision with Roxon.
According to the complaint, on January 26, 2015, the Defendant, Christopher owned a motor vehicle and gave Ashley permission to operate it. While negligently operating the vehicle, it struck the Plaintiff's, Roxon's vehicle. Due to Ashley's negligence, Roxon sustained injuries including, but not limited to; disability, property damage, and medical expenses.
The Plaintiff demands judgment against the Defendants, Ashley Bratcher and Christopher Edge, for compensatory damages in the excess amount of $15,000.00 and requests a trial by jury on all issues. She is represented by Gal Sinclair, Esq. of Gal Sinclair, P.A. in Miami.
