Arbitration Services

Arbitration is a form of “ADR”, alternative dispute resolution, which is a legal process for the resolution of disputes outside of a courtroom. In arbitration, a third party reviews the case and makes a decision which is legally binding to both of the parties involved. Arbitration is most commonly used for the resolution of commercial disputes and for consumer and employment related matters.
