FORT LAUDERDALE - A woman sues a person and their employer for two counts of auto negligence.

The Plaintiff, Patricia Porter, filed a complaint on September 6, 2016 in the 17th Judicial Circuit Court against Alfredo Vale and Bonsal American, Inc. alleging Alfredo negligently operated a vehicle owned by his employer, Bonsal American, with knowledge and consent, causing it to collide with Patricia's motor vehicle.

According to the complaint, on March 10, 2016, the Defendant, Alfredo, operated and maintained the vehicle in a negligent manner causing it to collide with the vehicle Patricia was operating. Due to his negligence, Patricia suffered bodily injuries including, but not limited to; the expense of hospitalization, loss of earnings, and aggravation of a previously existing condition. She will continue to suffer these losses in the future.

On the first count, Alfredo is found negligent by operating the vehicle in an unsafe manner. On the second count, Bonsal American is held vicariously liable for the negligence of their employee's, Alfredo's, negligence.

The Plaintiff demands judgment against Alfredo Vale and Bonsal American, Inc. for compensatory damages in excess of $15,000.00 and a trial by jury of all issues. She is represented by Hubert McGinley, Esq. of Schwed, Adams, Sobel, & McGinley, P.A. in Palm Beach Gardens.
