DAVIE - A complaint was filed on October 25, 2016 after a trip and fall occurred at Twin Lakes Travel Park.
According to the complaint, Dominique Palacios was lawfully on the property when an uneven and dangerous change of elevation of the sidewalk caused her to trip and fall and be severely injured.
As a result of her fall, the Plaintiff suffered mental and physical pain, disability, humiliation, and was forced to incur medical expenses. Furthermore, Gerald Palacios, her husband, claims loss of consortium and suffered loss of the society, companionship, and services of his wife.
The Plaintiffs demand judgment against the Defendant for damages in excess of $15,000, costs, and any other relief the Court may deem appropriate. Additionally, the Plaintiffs are represented by Daniel Kaufman, ESQ. of Asnis, Srebnick & Kaufman, LLC in Sunrise.
