LAUDERDALE LAKES - A complaint filed on October 27, 2016 stated that Walgreen Co is being sued after a woman trips and fall on the property.
According to the complaint, the Plaintiff, Sheila, was on the property on May 12, 2013. Due to an uncovered pipe on the cement walkway outside of the store, she tripped and fell and her foot was lodged into the pipe.
As a result of her fall, she sustained serious injuries including, but not limited to, mental anguish, disfigurement, physical handicap, pain, and suffering.
The Plaintiff demands judgment against the Defendants for damages in excess of $15,000 plus costs. Additionally, the Plaintiff is represented by Michael Wallace, ESQ. of Robert J. Fenstersheib & Associates, P.A in Hallandale Beach.
