CORAL SPRINGS - Sam's Club shopper sues Sam's East, Inc. after slip and fall, alleging negligence.
This complaint filed by Tania Berbridge, the Plaintiff, states that on August 10, 2015, Tania was shopping on the premises when she slipped and fell on a liquid substance in an aisle where frozen foods were sold.
Tania alleges that Sam's East Inc. was negligent in failing to barricade and/or warn her about the dangerous condition that was on the floor, and failing to clean it up after it existant for a sufficient amount of time.
As a result of the slip and fall, the Plaintiff sustained serious injuries including, but not limited to, mental pain and suffering, grief, anguish, permanent injuries, and incurred various medical expenses.
The Plaintiff demands judgment for damages, costs and interest in excess of $15,000 from the Defendant, and demands trial by jury. Tania is represented by Jordan M. Kirby, Esq. of Rubenstein Law, P.A. in Plantation.
