MIAMI -  A woman from Broward County is suing a man for auto negligence.

The Plaintiff, Carmela Donley, filed a complaint on September 2, 2016 in the 17th Judicial Circuit Court against Bryce Grandison alleging negligently and carelessly operated a vehicle, causing a collision with Carmela. 

According to the complaint, one January 24, 2016, Bryce negligently and carelessly and without warning, disregarded stop and go traffic in front of him, slamming into  Carmela's motor vehicle that was stopped for such traffic. As a result of Bryce's negligence, Carmela sustained serious and permanent injuries including, but not limited to; aggravation of a pre-existing injury, loss of earnings, and present and future disability.

The Plaintiff requests a trial by jury of all issues and demands judgment against Bryce Grandison for an amount in excess of $15,000.00, interest, and costs. She is represented by Joseph I. Lipsky, Esq. of The Law Offices of Joseph I. Lipsky, P.A. in Plantation.
