PLANTATION - Complaint filed on November 2, 2016 states Publix Supermarkets, INC. is being sued for negligence after a slip and fall.

According to the complaint, the Plaintiff slipped on a yellow stripe that was painted on the floor of the parking lot. She suffered serious injuries including pain, physical handicap, and aggravation of a pre-existing condition or injury.

The Plaintiff is alleging that the Defendant was negligent by allowing a dangerous condition to exist without warning to the invitees.

Additionally, the Plaintiff's husband is claiming loss of consortium.

The Plaintiffs demand judgment against the Defendant for damages in excess of $15,000 plus costs. Additionally, the Plaintiffs are represented by Kelly D. Hancock, ESQ. of Krupnick, Campbell, Malone, Buser, Slama, Hancock & Liberman, P.A in Fort Lauderdale.
