POMPANO BEACH - Palm Beach Restaurant Partners LLC is being sued for negligence after a woman slipped and fell on their property.

According to the complaint, the Plaintiff slipped and fell on liquid on the floor at the order counter where employees are stationed. The incident occurred on August 3, 2015. She alleged the Defendants and it's employees were negligent due to the dangerous condition existing in an area where employees frequent and failed to clean and/or warn the Plaintiff about it. 

4As a result of the fall, the Plaintiff suffered serious injuries that are permanent or continuing in nature, disability, disfigurement, and was forced to incur medical expenses along the way of her recovery. 

Meighan demands judgment against the Defendant for damages in excess of $15,000, costs, and any other relief the Court may deem appropriate. Additionally, the Plaintiff is represented by Kevin B. Dennis, Esq. of Thomas & Pearl, P.A. in Coral Gables.
