MIRAMAR - J R 6819 A Miramar, Inc., doing business as Bravo Supermarket, is being sued for negligence after a slip and fall, according to a complaint filed on October 19, 2016.

According to the complaint, on May 20, 2015, was caused to slip and fall on debris that was left on the floor of the premises and therefore was severely injured and forced to incur medical expenses. 

6The Plaintiff alleges the Defendant either knew or should have known about the dangerous condition of debris on the floor but failed to take reasonable steps to warn the Plaintiff and/or resolve the issue. 

The Plaintiff demands judgment against the Defendants for damages in excess of $15,000, interest, and taxable costs and is represented by William C. Ruggiero, Esq. of Law Office of William C. Ruggiero in Fort Lauderdale.
