POMPANO BEACH - All State Insurance Company, as subrogee of Stanley Ameri, sues a man for negligently operating a motor vehicle.

The Plaintiff, Stanley Ameri, filed a complaint on September 1, 2016 in the 17th Judicial Circuit Court against Christopher Lavon Shields alleging that Shields operated or maintained the vehicle negligently so that it collided with the Plaintiff's insured vehicle or caused damage to the Plaintiff's insured property.

According to the complaint, on January 14, 2015, the Defendant owned and operated the vehicle negligently and caused a collision. Due to his negligence, Ameri's vehicle or property was damaged and required extensive repairs. Additionally, Ameri had to pay $500 over the amount paid by the insurance company for those damages.

The Plaintiff demands judgment against Christopher Lavon Shields for damages in the amount of $22,525.73, court costs, and both pre-judgment and post-judgment interest, as well as any other relief that the Court deems just.
