Quit-Claim Deed

This Quit-Claim Deed, made this ___day of May, 20___, by Barry L., a married man, whose address is 42 W. Village Lane, Ford, PA, 19317, Grantor*, to K. T. Levin, a married woman, whose post office address is 300 Marcos Drive #64, Hollywood, Florida 33160 of the County of Broward, State of  Florida,  Grantee*.

    Witnesseth:  That said Grantors, for and in consideration of love and affection and the sum of TEN AND NO/100 ($10.00) DOLLARS to said Grantors in hand paid by said Grantees, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise, release and quit-claim unto said Grantees, and Grantees’ successors and assigns forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the said Grantors has in and to the following described land, situate, lying and being in the County of Broward, Florida, to wit:

Unit No. R-64, of POINT 4 CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration thereof,  recorded in Official Records Book 5913, Page 64 of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida.

    Subject to restrictions, reservations, easements and limitations of public record, if any, provided that this shall not serve to reimpose same, zoning ordinances, and taxes for the current year and subsequent years.

    To Have and to Hold the same together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest, lien, equity and claim whatsoever of the Grantors, either in law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said Grantee.
    In Witness Whereof, Grantors has hereunto set Grantors’ hand and seal the day and year first above written.
